• If you are suffering from any cold or flu symptoms please contact us immediately, we will be more than happy to re-book you, this can be done over the phone.
   

• Due to the current situation we ask that all clients arrive solo at their appointments as we cannot cater for visitors.
   

• Please refrain from arriving at your appointment early as we need this time to sanitize the workstations.
   

• Clients will be asked to sanitize hands upon entry and wear gloves for the duration of their appointment.
   

• We will be providing masks, if you choose to wear one we assure that this will not affect your hair experience.
   

• Drinks will not be served, and we ask that you bring your own water, snacks, and hand sanitizer (if possible)
   

• Please be honest with us about your isolation circumstances and status, as all other clients and staff will be putting their trust in you to be doing the right thing.
